Sumario:Sports, sporting and repetitive activities, such as ballet, due to all these muscular and postural requirements, can act as a pathological agent and trigger postural deviations and injuries caused by the automation of gestures. In this context, this work aimed to compare and analyze measures, anthropometric indices and injuries in beginner and advanced female dancers. As dancers they were divided into two groups, taking into consideration, or the time of practicing the modality. Both groups underwent a thorough examination of a form, right after physical exercise and thermographic analysis, an end-of-test exam and specify possible dysfunctions or injuries generated by the technique, where the number of ballerinas with hyper-radiation was observed in the MMSS thoracic region and lower limbs, 3 dancers showed respiratory distress, moderate tiredness and palpitations. As for the benefits, indications and possible harms of ballet practice, comparing the time and what is the ballerina's practice, it can be determined that ballet is able to relieve food tensions, providing greater self-knowledge, and becoming indicated for greater use, and even reduction and treatment of pre-installed injuries, making it harmful to cause pain and postural deviations.
