Resumo:This paper brings perceptions of investigation realized in 2000 at Rio Grande and Integrar RS/Feeding Project, promoted by FTIA/RS – Federacy of Workers in the Feeding Industry of RS where adults employee and unemployed were certificated with primary school. The aim of this study is explain if non-formal places can teach workers subdue them to capitalism power or giving the opportunity to construct an own knowledge to face the reality presented by dominant classes, inside cluster fight established, not to adjust to it, but overcome it building new relationships for everybody exercise his/her humanity. Like this, after to localize all searchers in their social-historic, economic and cultural context I try to explain the determinacy of this places for the persons, individual and in groups.
