| Resumo: | The objective is, in fact, to propose an interpretation, in principle, of two letters full of brazilian culture and identity, that is, two movements of construction and expression of the National, the first, of the Republic and its project of whitening and erasing the traces grim facts of brazilian black slavery, and the second, about the plot anthem and the apparent black re-existence in the year of the centenary of the signing of the Lei Áurea with the samba plot, unfortunately, of white plate. And from this initial dialectical relationship, the first three sambas engaged and champions of the 1988 Rio carnival are also incorporated into the critical exercise: Vila Isabel, Mangueira and Beija Flor. Based on a bibliographical narrative review, it stands out, then, that these official and marginal literomusicalities are more than expressions of subjectivities, they become collections, records and understandings of reactions to brazilian enslaved black history, and in this way, both oral poetry through lyrics and music, as for culture, are mimicked in the celebration of the official anthem of the Republic and the cracks of the people’s party in the sambas plots of the Carioca Schools. Therefore, between memory, history and oblivion, the objective is to discuss the testimony of black existence, resistance and re-existence against the grain of the brazilian Republic and Rio samba. |
