Descripción
Sumario:The following paper arises from the Educational Innovation Project PIE 15-132 "Implementation and evaluation of the scrum methodology (project based learning) in the subjects of Business Creation and Management", funded by the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching and Research Staff of the University of Malaga. The idea stems from the analysis and study of the agile scrum methodology, focused on iterations and continuous reviews. The proposal consists of transferring the application of this methodology, widely used in software development environments, to subjects linked to the business environment, given the flexibility that characterises it. Its application made it possible to obtain interesting results, both related to the objectives of the subject "Business Creation", as well as others of a transversal nature, which are in great demand in today's environments.
