Descripción
Sumario:Discussions around the Brazilian public career system are becoming increasingly complex. From this context, the present study was developed with the objective of verifying the constructive process of the individual career of Technical-Administrative servants in Education (TAEs) of Brazilian Federal Teaching Institutions. To achieve this, a qualitative, descriptive research was developed, consisting of multiple case studies. It was concluded that the construction process of the individual careers of the servants participating in this study is taking place in a sui generis way, providing a misalignment between the reality of the Brazilian public career and the individual careers of the servants.
