| Sumario: | This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of a Quality Management System on Innovation, verifying the relationship between ISO 9001 certification and innovative capability in companies of different sectors, based on the experience of managers who worked in some areas of these companies. The research used a survey strategy and obtained responses from 123 professionals who performed management roles. The study used the structural equation modeling technique to analyze the results. The results showed that an ISO 9001 certification positively influences radical and incremental product innovation and radical process innovation. |
