| Sumario: | The article reflexively analyzes the impacts of motherhood on the scientific production of women researchers and the objective need to maintain the struggle for equality between men and women in science, which led to the inclusion of the possibility of indicating the period of absence of the researcher due to leave. maternity, but it lacks the existence of public policies and welcoming spaces for these research mothers in the physical structures, as well as other consequences that are harmful to them. It seeks theoretical support in the contributions related to the concept of strong objectivity, outlined by Harding, from the case study of the movement initiated by Parent in Science, as a form of policy to overcome gender inequalities in the Academy, in order to contribute to the advancement of professional education and scientific production of women mothers. The study includes a critical reflection on the race within the scope of the gender inequalities raised. The research method used is exploratory, with bibliographic resources and dialectical bias. |
