Narrated archaeobotany at northwestern Argentina: Stories domesticate plants told us in last 30 years

The history of the last 30 years of the discipline related to domesticates found in the archaeological record is reviewed, mentioning the issues that have convened researchers’ interests and synthesizing the results on the major groups of plants used in the prehispanic past of the region.
