| Resumo: | This article seeks to analyze female characters present in the novel One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel García Márquez, which carry on their bodies the symbolism of gagged silences that echo voices, reverberating and going beyond the boundaries of fiction. To do this, we will use the theorists Perrot (2017), Rotterdam (1983), Louro (2000), Chevalier and Gheerbrant (2009) among others, who will support this analysis. |
