Sumario:This paper is intended to understand which would be the quantitative and qualitative variables of the mechanisms of racial selectivity in violents approaches and seizures committed by public security agents against teenagers in the city of Campinas, state of São Paulo. It was built a database that analysed the variables of race, sex, sociospaciality and scholarity of the involved actors (teenagers, police officers and curators), typification of the crimes that the teenagers would have commited and the types of violence that they would have suffered. The conclusions obtained reinforce the findings found in the researches that connected criminal justice to race in relation to majors, was verificated the existence of patterns of racial selectivity on the violent approaches and arrests, as well was traced the profile of the most violated teenagers by the public security agencies in Campinas: males, 17 years old and low level of education. Military Police is the leading figure on the violent actions and, according to statistics, it tends to use the tirocinium as a causative practice of the overrepresentation of black people in the analysed cases.
