| Sumario: | The present article aims to give an account of a perspective of approach in psychotherapeutic care to Latin American refugees, build through the systematization of clinical experience in the area of ??migration, interculturality and refuge (AMIR), from a university Center. Thus, the central axes of the perspective are presented and discussed with the psychological traditions that tend to psychopathologize the migratory experience.
