Descripción
Sumario:The present study analyzed the characteristics of the questions on the subject of sport in the specific knowledge part of the tests applied to undergraduate courses in physical education (degree and bachelor's degree) in the National Students’ Exam (ENADE). This is descriptive, exploratory and quantitative research. 340 specific knowledge questions from the tests and the summary reports in the area from 2004 to 2021 were examined. The theme of sport appeared in 117 items/questions (34.4%), with a greater presence in the bachelor's degree tests. They presented good discriminatory power, were classified as less difficult than items on other topics in both qualifications and the frequency of knowledge objects referenced in each qualification seemed consistent with the specificities of professional activities. Thus, the identification of items/questions about sport not only allowed observing their characteristics and relationship with other subjects but also providing information to better prepare students.
