Descripción
Sumario:The present work aims at exposing the reflection of Walter Benjamin (1891- 1940) on the structuring of modern sensibility in the essay on maturity On some themes in Baudelaire (1939). In this writing, the Berlin author points out as a sign of modernity the profound transformation of the forms of aesthetic perception amid the radicalization of the development of productive secular forces. Collective sensibility in the modern world is based on a dynamic of hyperstimulation that permeates the multiple spheres of life, transmuting the relation we establish with temporality, superimposing the shock to the lived, the consciousness to memory, the experience (Erlebnis) of the individual isolated and fragmented that inhabits the fast city landscapes to the possibility of a strong experience (Erlebnis).
