| Sumario: | In the present work was carried out the synthesis nitrosyl complex ruthenium cis-[Ru(bpy)2(L) NO]n+, where L = sulfite or 1,4-dithiane. The synthesis of complexes made with the aim of studying the interaction of the compounds with metal nanoparticles. The nitrosyl complex induces the irreversible aggregation of both AgNPs as AuNPs, suggesting the interaction of the compounds with the surface of the nanoparticle by adsorption via a sulfur bonding and/ or electrostatic interaction. It was found that, among the nitrosyl complexes used only cis-[Ru (bpy)2(1,4-dt )NO] 3+ interacts with silver nanoparticles protected by galactomannan, thus indicating the functionalization of the surface of the nanoparticles by nitrosyl complex via the sulfur atom. It is evident the increase in amount of NO released from the complex anchored nanoparticles when compared to the free compound. This indicates a contribution of the SPR ban of GFD-NPsAg in the photorelease of NO from nitrosyl studied complex. |
