| Sumario: | The article aims to present some aspects of the expansion of Brazilian Higher Education, such as the increase in the offer of Higher Technology Courses, taking as a reference the Entrepreneurship Course. This is a documentary research whose main source is the Synopsis of Higher Education from 1997 to 2017. The main results corroborate the hypothesis that the expansion of Higher Education prioritized short-term undergraduate courses and the encouragement of entrepreneurial ideals, without the scientific-philosophical character of academic education. In this way, it promotes, simultaneously, a new form of precarious higher education and conformation in the face of unemployment and informality. |
