Descripción
Sumario:Considering the emergence of Technological Incubators of Popular Cooperatives (ITCP) in the mid-1990s in the universities and its advisory to economic-solidary enterprises, this article seeks to analyze the performance of an ITCP, the Multidisciplinary and Integrated Nucleus of Studies, Training and Intervention in Solidary Economy (NuMI-EcoSol) of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) in its support to the Cooperative of Recyclable Materials Collectors in São Carlos / SP (Coopervida). A documental research was carried out in the NuMI-EcoSol database and three scenarios were described concerning Coopervida's advisory history, including: unification of cooperatives; formation of a commission to support Coopervida; and creation of the Solid Waste Forum of São Carlos / SP. The analysis, based on the 22 expected behaviors of NuMI-EcoSol’s team in relation to the groups and advised enterprises, allows identifying that nine behaviors were evidenced, changing in the different scenarios, reflecting the needs of different strategies in the advisory process. Of these nine behaviors, six are present in all scenarios, two only in the first and one in scenarios two and three. The importance of NuMI-EcoSol's advisory to Coopervida is clear, as well as its approach as a partner, its understanding, support and resistance, focusing on the processes of technical and political action, making possible Coopervida’s survival and autonomy.
