Descrição
Resumo:With an ethnographic approach and methodology, in the article, I turn to the idea of frequent trips to account for the different conceptions that are put into play in the circulation of young people by the juvenile criminal field, composed of three different and constantly linked spatial areas: the neighborhood, the police sections and the courts of justice. The proposed idea is intended to be used as a map to unveil the different local senses of justice, the conceptions, moralities and stereotypes that govern each of these areas and which explain the different ways assumed by the exercise of punitive power by part of the state in certain social sectors.
