| Sumario: | The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has resulted in problems with regard to the health of the population, being intensified in the attribution of the dissemination of Fake News related to the treatment or cure of the new Coronavirus. Methodology: Integrative review using scientific articles published in the last 5 years, referring to reviews and data from theoretical and empirical literature. 429 articles were found, of which 17 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Results: A total of 329 fake news related to the COVID-19 pandemic were identified on the sites studied. WhatsApp is the main fake news sharing channel, followed by Instagram and Facebook. The excess of inaccurate information leads to a slackening of prevention measures, harming the fight against the pandemic. Discussion: It was identified the need to analyze the association of the three strands: Fake News, covid-19 and rational use of medications. The understanding of Covid-19 and its various consequences were analyzed; The rational use of drugs in the pandemic context, its consequences and possible long-term effects; And the process of spreading Fake News at a micro and macro level and its possible general consequences. Conclusion: According to the analyzed studies, it is possible to identify the existence of a transparent and express impact of Fake News in the daily life of the population regarding the use of drugs or vaccines attributed to the treatment or cure of Covid-19. |
