| Sumario: | Based on the concept of agenda-setting, this article presents an analysis of the guiding documents of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), which provided the theme of food security as a priority on the agenda by the actions taken during of the Brazilian pro tempore presidency (2016-2018). The article was based on document analysis to verify the hypothesis that the actions performed by the National Fund for the Development of Education (FNDE) contributed to the consolidate of the CPLP's Multilateral Cooperation in Education agenda. |
