| Resumo: | This article aims to present the work carried out by means of a didactic sequence (SD) on violence against women, presenting tales by Marina Colasanti. The relevance of the theme was due to the increase in cases of domestic violence in Brazil in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The study resulted from reflections on a work developed with the purpose of enabling meaningful learning that promotes social transformations, including gender equality, so that we can reduce violence against women. In this sense, the theoretical contribution was built with the contributions of authors that corroborate the discussion exposed here, anchored in the proposal of an SD, methodological device for the appropriation of language practices configured in text genres, carried out with high school students, in the city of Barra do Garças - MT, in the context of a pandemic context. The results showed that there was a change in the students' perception of the short story and the awareness of the role of women in society. |
