Descripción
Sumario:The article analyzes the general trends regarding the governance of basic education in Latin America. It considers the policies implemented at the national level and the interventions of other actors in the face of the pandemic situation. The study used data obtained from academic sources and documents from international and civil society organizations. The results show a strong variety of responses from national governments, as well as an important involvement of multilateral organizations and non-state actors in different types of actions, which seem to point to an accentuation of post-bureaucratic and multi-scalar regulation.
