Sumario:Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) presents itself as a tool capable of allowing the teacher to know the characteristics of the students in their diverse representations, helping the teachers of the higher education in the process of teaching and learning. In this perspective, the present study aimed to analyze the level of agreement or discrepancy between the representational systems of neurolinguistic programming in the teaching process in the course of administration of a higher education institution at the levels of hearing, kinesthetic and digital. Researches of the basic, exploratory, quantitative-qualitative, and technical literature and case study were developed. In this context, a test of the representational system was applied with 5 (five) questions of 4 (four) alternatives to the students and teachers from the 1st to the 7th period of the administration course of a private educational institution. Based on the data collected it was verified that NLP can be used as a support material for the in-class teacher and for the academic in learning. With the analysis of the data, it was verified that NLP can be a support material in the classroom and it can bring satisfactory results to teachers and academics.
