| Sumario: | Hospital Hotel is a service that aims to create and organize a “human space”, and its function is to contribute to the improve-ment of the hospital system. The nursing service, when caring for customers, also worries about the setting because it knows that thiscan interfere with the recovery process. The nursing service focuses the therapeutic setting that differs from hotel hospital service, whichaims to provide a pleasant and joyful, besides safe, environment. The hospital setting must be perceived by the customer as hospitable, being hospitality offered in its broader sense, including the tangible and intangible aspects of assistance. This result is reached when acommitment of the hospital in recognizing the value of its collaborators exists and when these latter are committed to hospitality. |
