Descripción
Sumario:The article analyzes the impact of the principle of good public administration on new technologies. Its fundamental hypothesis is that the principle of good administration adapts perfectly to the new demands of digital Public Administration. The methodology used is deductive, with descriptive bibliographic research. To test the hypothesis, the article analyzes the content of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Ibero-American Charter of Rights and Duties of Citizens vis-à-vis the Public Administration. The research allows a conclusive reflection that aims to connect the principle of good administration with the digitization of Public Administration in the context of a Welfare State that promotes fundamental rights.
