Descripción
Sumario:This research aims to analyze the anti-bullying strategies, in the school environment, proposed by Brazilian and Spanish researchers. It is a descriptive and exploratory study, with qualitative bias. The methodological procedure was the bibliographic research. The literature was composed of Brazilian theses and dissertations, published from 2000 to 2012, and articles also from both countries, published from 2000 to 2013. The Brazilian literature emphasized action that would bring information, awareness raising, rule-making, and professional training and Spanish literature highlighted actions to improve interpersonal relationships, emotional development and self-esteem, the teaching of sociomoral values and teacher and family training. The results point to a series of actions, which can be inserted into an anti-bullying plan to be developed daily, contributing to a change in disrespectful behavior and to the construction of interpersonal relationships in the school environment, more supportive, just, cooperative and respectful, thus providing more than information on the phenomenon.
