| Sumario: | In this article we propose a practical way of teaching reading in Spanish as a Foreign Language, more specifically at High Schools. In order to do so, we have developed an activity that works with the most diverse reading moments, based on the divisions proposed by Solé (1999), such as: pre-reading, reading and post-reading procedures. The activity was produced using an authentic journalistic text and we worked to bring a theme which would draw students"™ attention. The activity was also designed to practice two different types of reading: silent and aloud reading. |
