Sumario:This research is based on the growing need for innovation in access to justice, supported by the fact that although access to justice is a fundamental right of all and indispensable to the set of rights and duties inherent to living in society, it also results in injustice when it does not fulfill its functions within a reasonable time and even inaccessible to certain social groups. In this way, it is necessary to search for other alternative means of resolving conflicts that intend to relieve the judiciary by promoting greater speed as well as expanding access to justice so that the fundamental right of all is fulfilled and mainly promoting a beneficial and pacifies existing litigation. As a result of the research it was concluded that the therapeutic-phenomenological method of Family Constellation in the judiciary causes not only a response to the conflict, but provides a better correct perception of the struggle as well as an effective humanized practice to the judiciary, thus preventing new conflicts from being generated
