Descripción
Sumario:In this study was evaluated the influence of waste fish protein hydrolysates (HPF) with three conditions of degree hydrolysis in the diet under productive performance, body composition and histological and biochemical responses in post-larvae of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). A total of 3150 post-larvae Nile tilapia (0.02 ± 0.01 g) were distributed in a completely randomized design in 21 aquariums with a useful volume of 120L, totaling seven treatments with three replications. The fish were fed until apparent satiety six times a day for four weeks, with diets without the inclusion of HPF (control), three diets containing inclusion levels of 4.75% for each HPF (HPF1, HPF2, HPF3) and GH of 16.28%, 22.43% and 28 , 56%, respectively, and other three with half the inclusion of each of the HPF. The inclusion of 2.375% of HPF3 improved the productive performance and the level of body protein in Nile tilapia post-larvae, in addition to positively influencing the intestinal histomorphometry and the nutrient absorption capacity by fish. Biochemical analyzes of digestive enzymes in the intestine and liver revealed that supplementation of HPF with different degrees of hydrolysis positively increases the capacity for nutrient absorption and biochemical adaptation in oxidative enzymes of the liver by Nile tilapia.
