Sumario:This paper examines the evolution of security in the historical and global context, which makes possible an analysis of the idea that “security is not immutable”. Then this analysis is placed within a context of transnational threats to arrive at a logical inference. This is a broad subject which has unsolved area of study, however forgetting these can be harmful.
