Sumario:Introduction: Obesity is considered a public world health problem that has daily increased and several people have been looking for alternative treatments for it. Objective: Because of that this paper has in its proposal verify in the scientific literature the effect of the Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) under corporal composition change. The ingestion of Conjugated Linoleic Acid, considered a strong anti-obesity acid, has in its objective to reduce the corporal fat and increase the thin mass. Undergone studies relate the beneficial effect of the Conjugated Linoleic Acid, precisely in animals, but results in obese men are very clear with the predominance of android obesity. This can be considered effective when blocking gain of adipose tissue. Conclusion: There is a possible termogenic effect of Conjugated Linoleic Acid that is related to the induction in the genic expression of disconnected proteins. Therefore, this effect is rather expressive in humans. Then it is necessary to do studies that can validate the efficacy of Conjugated Linoleic Acid in human corporal composition.
