| Sumario: | The present work uses the modell of biographic interview for studying the development of a vocational behavior from the point of view of Donald. Super’s theory. The interview has seven diferent systematics for obtaining the necessary information for an analysis about vocational behavior. The theory of Super is the outgoing point for this analysis. The named analysis was made based upon the seven sistematics that compound the biographic interview and based upon Super’s paradigma. This method allowed the identification and description of the development of a identity related to work, in which the choice and preparation for a ocupation was present as well as expected while a continuation of the life periods, i.e., playing and educational periods, which antecipates and build a interface with the vocational formation. Through this experience we discovered that the considered generation is prepared for its professional experience as a basis for its choice, or rahter, its vocational destination, especially to ensure an economic independence in perspective. Finally, the findings pointed to the appropriateness of the use of biographical interviews for vocational exploration. |
