Descripción
Sumario:This paper intends to address the issue of collective dismissals at Banco Santander, which occurred in 2012 and only judged in 2016, in the case of Paraíba banks employees. The methodology adopted was deductive, based on a significant national and international theoretical approach on such issues. In terms of conclusive syntheses, it is argued that such mass dismissals involve not only the workers, but to society in general, have become world problems of postmodernity, in where complexity prevails, in where inadequacy is more profound, and more serious between knowledges separate and fragmenteds between the disciplines, including legal ones, and, on the other hand, realities or problems increasingly multidimensional and global . The impact of multiple cessations of employment contracts reaches a certain percentage of the workers of a particular company and end up generating a collective loss of jobs, excluding thousands of workers from the labor market.
