Sumario:This essay arose from a 1992 O ESTADO group reasearch on the administration "processes" transformation and information production. Therefore we analysed the taylorist and fordist paradigms which have been replaced by its opposite, the Ohno model or "toyotism". This phenomenon of modcl rcplaccment on journalistic sector related to the classic sociologic binomial "tradition" and "modernness" is ignored by the academic environment and by the Social Communication preparatory students.
