Descrição
Resumo:This study aimed to understand how the family presents itself in the treatment of users of alcohol and other drugs in the context of compulsory hospitalization. An integrative review was carried out using the Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), SciELO and Web of Science databases. National and international articles were used, resulting in 9 eligible studies. For data collection and analysis, the StArt Software was used, with later information in IRaMuTeQ. Word clouds were made, and descending hierarchical classification (CHD) and similarity analyzes were performed. With the analysis of the CHD two categories emerged: the behavior of the user of alcohol and other drugs and the support of the family in the judicial treatment and abstinence of the user; coercion in compulsory hospitalization and family participation. There is a need for further exploration of the subject studied, which can provide contributions for professionals in different areas.
