| Sumario: | To determine the motivations that lead physicians to seek veterinary practices vitalistic therapeutic management was carried out a qualitative study of 14 veterinarians vitalists Belo Horizonte from a group of 29 professionals. We chose semi-structured audio taped. The specialties were found homeopathy, acupuncture therapy and flora. Respondents were divided into two groups. A reference group, comprised of five professionals working in vital practice for over 10 years, and another group called Cling Group consists of nine professionals with a proven activities vital practice in less than 10 years. The findings indicate that the strongest motivations for the beginning of learning the techniques vitalists among veterinarians in Belo Horizonte, and the search for therapies that provide alternatives for the treatment of diseases that have no effective conventional therapy. |
