| Sumario: | This research problematizes the use of language in the identity construction of subjects of law who construct discursive practices on the theme of child sexual exploitation in indigenous communities of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. On a qualitative and interpretative basis, this investigation turns to the categories of dialogism and verb-ideological forces, based on the Bakhtin Circle. Child sexual violence in indigenous communities is investigated based on discursive interactions in focus and analysis of dialogical relationships, through dialogical discourse analysis (DDA). It is concluded that i) danger and ii) the importance of verbo-ideological forces and dialogism are presented to the extent that the discursive arena of British Columbia is a space of identity disputes that reverberate in the field of rights and guarantees. |
