Description
Summary:Based on the premise of the document being a product of data and systematization of information, the objective of this work is to contribute to the field of Information Science, to assist the areas ofPapilloscopy and Human Identification from a documentary methodology based on tattooing. We present the constitution and development of the research as a descriptive and interpretativeaction, of a visual nature, based on iconographic theory and related to human perception, referring to the image recognition of people in relation to objects and things. Data-groundedtheory is the research method used. The proposed system defines a taxonomy that qualifies andquantifies the constituent elements in the image placed on the human body. Taturrecognografiaconfirms the tattoo as a document and its description becomes possible to validate its registrationand contributes to the representation and construction of tattoo knowledge for humanidentification purposes.
