Descripción
Sumario:The study’s main objective is developing a trademark registration manual to support startup companies incubated at the IN-UEA over the registration process. The methods employed were bibliographical research, of an applied and descriptive nature. Resolutions of the State University of Amazonas were also consulted during the research with a view to preparing the material shown here. The study resulted in a trademark registration manual. This material has an easy-to-understand language going through all the registration steps, as established by the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI. The contribution of the study with this produced item aims to draw attention to the relevance of trademark registrations, not only with regard to the academic community, but also to business incubator institutions.
