| Sumario: | The article describes the development of a project management interface for software testing, focusing on practical application, exploration and a qualitative approach. The proposal aims to implement a Kanban system, widely recognized in demand management, to offer a clear and intuitive view of project allocation, working hours per employee and team performance indicators. The approach uses user experience assumptions and techniques, including questionnaires for requirements, creation of personas for personalized profiles and Wireframing for interface sketches. The resulting interface was subjected to qualitative evaluation, considering user experience, logical organization, ease of visualization and perceived comfort. In general, the proposal was well received, with the majority of evaluations expressing receptivity to using the interface. After implementing the project management interface for software testing, users highlighted better visibility into project progress and transparency in task allocation. However, problems were observed related to the interface colors and the graph of percentage of projects by status, suggesting the need for adjustments. |
