| Sumario: | Introduction: The teaching-learning process is a strategy to articulate service and teaching in the training of newly graduated nurses in the field of health services. Objective: To evaluate the results of bibliographic studies on the teaching-learning process in the training of newly graduated nurses. Methodology: Elaborated from the Integrative Review in the main national and international databases, listing the 2018-2022 studies, under the PRISMA protocol. Results: The review highlighted the importance of the insertion of newly graduated nurses in the health service. Conclusion: The bibliographic review carried out made it possible to visualize and highlight the importance of the professional training service for newly graduated nurses, as a process of articulating teaching-learning, in health services and thus streamline new teaching-service spaces. |
