| Resumo: | This qualitative and descriptive study analyzes the continuing education programs for teachers in the State of Ceará, with an emphasis on the use of the Virtual Learning and Education Environment (AVACED). The research explores the effectiveness of these initiatives in teacher training, considering the challenges of contemporary education and the complexity of educational demands. The objective is to evaluate how these programs contribute to the professional development of teachers, improving their pedagogical practices and strengthening their socio-emotional skills.
