Sumario:The research presented here, tries to analyze the French gesta The Song of Roland, written between among the end of the century XI and beginning of the century XII, with the presumed authorship of Turold, where moral and behavioral elements were placed in his writing by the nobility was directly linked to its production), as models of perfection of social and political action of this state, proposing an image defined by imaginary patterns that were difficult to attain, but still sought and propagated as essential to this caste. It seeks to define the elements of these standarts of behavior embedded in the work,which covered under the guise of an kind of entertainment , attained notoriety and prominence not only at the time in that was written and propagated, as well as in subsequent centuries.
