| Sumario: | This text presents an analysis of the fulfillment of the payment of the National Professional Salary Floor (PSPN) in the cities that make up the Xingu Integration Region, in Pará, with the objective of verifying how the payment of the 2022 PSPN takes place in these municipalities, in perspective of understanding how Law 11,738/2008, which establishes the PSPN, is being interpreted. We carried out documental research and semi-structured interviews with the coordination of the sub-headquarters of the Public Education Workers Union of the State of Pará (Sintepp), through which it was possible to carry out a survey of the situation of each of the ten municipalities in relation to the implementation of the PSPN of 2022. Through the analysis, we understand that it is necessary to join efforts so that this valuation is not restricted to the PSPN Law but is expanded in order to give the class a real appreciation, maintaining the acquired rights. |
