Descrição
Resumo:Music Therapy and the Son-Rise Program are two forms of intervention that aims the development of a better life quality for people with autism. The use of these two procedures combined could present great results, but yet, there are only a few studies in this area. The present analytical study presents an exploratory character and investigates the possible interfaces between Music therapy and Son-Rise, aiming to find the affective relation inside the humanist perspective. The music and its elements are important ways to establish the communication and interaction among people with autism, besides, the SonRise approach can help the music therapist to establish initiatives and relations with people with autism during the treatment.
