Resumo:The article aims to analyze the academic production on the inclusion of the elderly in the production of audiovisual content (videos and/or films) in the educational context. The number of seniors grows annually and, in parallel, the search for digital inclusion courses in view of the interest in learning about digital technologies and creating audiovisual content. Thus, it is relevant to investigate the process of creating audiovisual materials by seniors in the perspective of continuing education (DELORS, 2010; OSORIO, 2003). The methodology adopted was the systematic review of the literature in which 9 bases were used in the period between 2015 and 2020. A total of 615 articles were analyzed, of which only 2 passed the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data showed that none of the studies presented the definitions of video and film, evidencing a gap in this field. However, all studies pointed out that for the construction of audiovisual materials it is necessary to consider specific methodological aspects for this audience. From this, it was possible to identify seven relevant aspects in this process. Finally, it was found that there is a shortage of academic productions that encompass the theme of audiovisual content created by seniors.
