Descripción
Sumario:This article aimed to investigate the approaching of socioemotional skills in public schools in the city of Quixada/CE. The research was exploratory with a qualitative approach, in which we interviewed three teachers from the early years of elementary school, using interviews conducted via google meet and telephone as an instrument for data collection. The analyzes helped us to conclude the socioemotional skills, recommended by the BNCC have not been addressed, because the classes are being held remotely. According to the information collected, students are experiencing emotional problems, such as anxiety, which further demonstrates the need for classes with this type of direction. However, we emphasize the importance of training teachers to teach classes related to education of emotions, as the city, until now, it has no strategies in this regard. Finally, we will expand our research in the future in public schools in the city of Fortaleza/CE.
