Sumario:In this text and in continuity with previous reflections, I introduce what I define as epistemic restrictions in Labour Law as frames of knowledge that produce inequiality from their prefiguration. First, I offer a general framework from a dissident feminist perspective highlighting the core epistemic constributions to legal criticism. Then, I connect those issues with Labour Law, specifically to think about the problem of restrictive understandings. I organise this section in four frames. One of them, makes up the section dedicated to the trabajo que ensucia (work that pollutes and destroys), in response to the question of how we want to work, that is, to live -also epistemically- the work.
