The present approach, as said Rosa, considers the autobiographic angle of his fiction, proved by criterious analysis of the innermost correspondence of both.O presente trabalho propõe a reflexão de um elemento de fora do perímetro textual: a dedicatória de Grande sertão: veredas, romance de João Guimarães Rosa, subsidiado pela leitura da correspondência trocada entre o escritor e sua mulher, Aracy Moëbius de Carvalho Guimarães Rosa. A análise desses dois elementos paratextuais possibilitou uma escuta diferenciada do romance, permitindo que os espaços da ficção e da vida pudessem ser entretecidos.
