| Sumario: | Mineral Resources’ appropriation, located on Sergipe underground and continental shelf, by national and international corporations caused an eruption of discussions within the political, academical or social scope. Extending the horizons of this debate, it is possible to see that the analysis run through development models, investments and capital flows, pointing the risks of unemployment and rupture of a spatial configuration dictated by state capital mineral companies. This article shows as proposal the interpretation of transformations in the mineral extraction segment, in Sergipe, seeing that capital mobility as driving force of political, economics and social consequences, that get intensified in structural crisis’ formation. See that, under imperative determinations of the current production mode, privatization of mineral resources turns out to be political-economic guideline as strategy of minimization of profit’s fall. |
