After prior contact with the nurse in charge, gave their permission to undertake an internship supervised by the same within 45 days in risk rating industry. During this period, the scholar went through a process of updated review on the subject and perception of professional tasks of nurses. The probationary period, we realized the need for broad scientific expertise of nurses to perform correct classification, both the Canadian protocol, as in Manchester. The insight of a professional in conducting a directed interview pathology is crucial to allow for a correct flow of the patient, based on the complexity of your problem targeting priority service. The results obtained from this study demonstrate that extension actions allow valuable educational experiences, it was possible to verify the importance of risk classification, the dynamic operation of the service, facilitators and challenges to overcome. This study allows us to affirm the importance and benefits provided by the initiative of the nursing student to seek new knowledge and experiences, complementing its range of teaching and learning.

Este estudio tiene como objeti-vo para describir la experiencia de un estudiante de enfermería durante el entrenamiento voluntario que tuvo lugar en un hospital público en Minas Gerais. Después de un contacto previo con la enfermera a cargo, dio su permiso para realizar una pasantía supervisada por el mismo plazo de 45 días en el sector de la calificación de riesgo. Durante este período, el erudito pasó por un proceso de revisión actualizada sobre el tema y la percepción de las tareas profesionales de enfermero. El período de prueba, nos dimos cuenta de la necesidad de una amplia experiencia científica de enfermería sobre la clasificación correcta, tanto el protocolo de Canadá, como en Manchester. La visión de un profesional en la realización de una patología entrevista dirigida es crucial para permitir un correcto flujo del paciente, basado en la complejidad de su servicio de prioridad problema de orientación. Los resultados obtenidos de este estudio demuestran que las acciones de extensión permiten experiencias educativas valiosas, fue posible verificar la importancia de la clasificación de riesgo, la operación dinámica del servicio, los facilitadores y los retos a superar. Este estudio nos permite afirmar la importancia y los beneficios que ofrece la iniciativa del estudiante de enfermería a buscar nuevos conocimientos y experiencias, complementando su oferta de enseñanza y aprendizaje.A triagem nos serviços de emergência surgiu para identificar os casos mais urgentes ou potencialmente mais sérios assegurando que estes receberão tratamento prioritário em relação aos casos menos urgentes. . O presente estudo tem o objetivo de descrever a experiência de um acadêmico de enfermagem durante estágio voluntário realizado em um hospital público de Minas Gerais. Após contato prévio com o enfermeiro responsável, obteve-se sua autorização para realizar um estágio supervisionado pelo mesmo num período de 45 dias no setor de classificação de risco. Nesse período, o acadêmico passou por um processo de atualização bibliográfica sobre o assunto e percepção da atividade profissional do enfermeiro. No período de estágio, percebeu-se a ampla necessidade de conhecimento técnico cientifico do enfermeiro para se realizar a classificação correta, tanto no protocolo Canadense, quanto no de Manchester. A perspicácia do profissional na realização de uma anamnese direcionada a patologia é de fundamental importância para que haja um fluxo correto do paciente, baseado na complexidade do seu problema visando atendimento prioritário. Os resultados obtidos por meio deste estudo demonstram que ações extensionistas permitem experiências educativas valiosas, pois foi possível verificar a importância da classificação de risco, a dinâmica de funcionamento do serviço, os facilitadores e os desafios a serem superados.
